====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 30-11-2021 Heard the learned Advocate for the petitioner and the learned APP for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Complaint Case No. C.R. No.1947 of 2010, T.R. No.161 of 2021, instituted for the offences under Sections 323, 498A of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 07.01.2021, he is a person with clean antecedent and he is willing to take back his wife. The learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that already compromise petition has been filed in the Court

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33871 of 2021(2) dt.30-11-2021 2/2 below between the parties on intervention of well-wishers. The learned A.P.P. for the State submits that though the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter has been compromised, but the same is not on record. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the matter has been compromised and the petitioner is willing to take back his wife, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Samastipur in connection with Complaint Case No. C.R. No.1947 of 2010, T.R. No.161 of 2021, only after the learned Court below is satisfied that the compromise petition has been filed by the complainant without any force or coercion. The application stands allowed.
