The learned counsel for the petitioners, at the outset, very fairly submits that the quashing application has been filed seeking quashing of the FIR, but during pendency of the quashing application, police investigated and submitted charge-sheet based on which cognizance has been taken. 3.

Learned counsel thus seeks permission to withdraw the quashing application with liberty to challenge the order of cognizance.
