The petitioner is accused in connection with Phulwarisharif (Janipur) P.S. Case No. 725 of 2018 registered under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

On the basis of written report of Kamakhya Narayan Sharma, Phulwarisharif (Janipur) P.S. Case No. 725 of 2018 was instituted on 13.09.2018 against unknown in respect to murder of his son.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in course of investigation, police apprehended the petitioner and got recorded his confessional statement showing his

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23667 of 2019(2) dt.12-04-2019 2/2 involvement in the present case, except that no tangible material has been collected by the Investigating Officer. It is further submitted that petitioner is in custody since 03.12.2018 and police has already submitted the charge sheet against the petitioner.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Judge-XV-Cum-ACJM, Patna, in connection with Phulwarisharif (Janipur) P.S. Case No. 725 of 2018. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner.
