2. Considering the nature of the grievance and the fact that the petitioner has already filed her representation before the respondent authorities of the concerned University but till date the admissible retiral benefits and other dues have not been paid, the present writ petition, on the request of the petitioner, stands disposed off with a liberty to file a fresh representation before the respondent no.2, the Registrar, L.N. Mithila University, Darbhanga.

3. If such a representation is filed within a period of four weeks' from today, the same shall be considered and disposed off by passing a reasoned and speaking order within a further period of four weeks.
