The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Obra P.S. Case No. 55/2015 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 379, 325, 326, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Taking into consideration the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the application filed under Section 438 Cr. P.C. is rejected.
