JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 14-05-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 370 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioners is of assault to Munna Patel and Lala Roy and causing injury to them. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is case and counter case between the parties and title suit is also going on between the parties. Injury report shows that injury caused to Munna Patel is simple in nature and two injuries caused to Lala Roy is grievous in nature. Heard learned A.P.P. also.
