The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 302/34 of the IPC. As per the F.I.R., this petitioner is alleged to have assaulted father of the informant by fists and slaps on his chest and stomach, as a result of which, father of informant died. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that no deadly weapon was used in the occurrence. Due to land dispute, the alleged incident took place. There was no intention to kill father of the informant. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. However, considering the specific accusation against this petitioner, the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay/- U T
