The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 582 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act and Section 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Recovery of illicit liquor is from the house of the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24732 of 2022(2) dt.20-05-2022 2/2 and also the fact that the petitioner has clean antecedent, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed. Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Excise Judge, I, Begusarai, in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 582 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
