JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 10-02-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State through virtual court proceedings. In compliance of the order dated 31.01.2022, a counter affidavit on behalf of the Superintendent of Police, Bhojpur at Arra has been filed and from perusal of the same it manifests that till date the girl has not been recovered and task force has been constituted for recovering the girl. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order dated 22.12.2021 clearly records the facts of the case based on which the petitioner was granted provisional bail. In the nature of allegations as recorded in the order dated 22.12.2021 and the fact that the Superintendent of Police, Bhojpur at Arra till date has not been able to recover the girl who had eloped with the brother of this petitioner as they were

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34401 of 2021(5) dt.10-02-2022 2/2 in love, hence the learned court below is directed to confirm the provisional bail granted to the petitioner by order dated 22.12.2021.

The Court hopes that the Superintendent of Police, Bhojpur at Arra will be able to locate the victim and the brother of the petitioner with whom she had eloped.
