ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 11-02-2016 The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 19.5.2014 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Purnea, by which he has allowed ad-interim maintenance to the Opposite Party No.2 in Maintenance case No. M-263 of 2011.

Since the impugned order is merely one of ad-interim maintenance, the application is dismissed with a direction to the court below to conclude the proceedings positively within a period of four months from the date of receipt of this order without granting unnecessary adjournments to any party. He shall also ensure that this order is complied with, failing which he shall take stringent action against the Petitioner.
