08.09.2020 This is an application seeking quashing of F.I.R. bearing Gandhi Maidan P. S. Case No. 36 of 2015 dated 29.01.2015 instituted for the offences under Sections 363, 365, 366 and 366A of the Indian Penal Code.

Mr. Ram Priya Sharan Singh, learned APP for the State submits that this is a case of the year 2015 and the investigation in this case must have been completed by now.

If at all the investigation has not been

concluded, the same must be concluded within a period of three months.

With the aforesaid direction / observation, this petition stands disposed off.
