The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 323, 324, 307, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. It is contended on behalf of the petitioner that there is a case and counter case between the parties. It is further contended that both sides are agnates and there is land dispute between them. However, as per allegation, petitioner has assaulted by Khanti upon the head of the informant but the injury report shows only scratch on the head which is simple in nature. So far the grievous injury upon the little finger is concerned, that has not been caused by the petitioner even as per allegation.

Case No. 259 of 2015, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000 (Ten Thousand Rupees) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Gaya subject to the conditions as laid down under sub-section(2) of Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
