The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Pali P.S. Case No.14 of 2017 registered under Sections 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant, mother of the deceased alleged that she had gone to her father's home leaving her sole daughter in her house. When she returned on 17.04.2017, she found her house locked from inside. Her father entered into her house from the roof of Vidyanand Yadav, her neibhour and found that her daughter was hanging. Her daughter was found dead. The informant suspected that her Bhainsur(elder brother-in-law), brother-in-law and their family might have killed her daughter on account of land

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17762 of 2018 (2) dt.06-04-2018 dispute. They wanted to grab the land of the informant since the informant had only daughter The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are sister-in-law(gotni) of the informant. There is no eyewitness of the occurrence. Other accused persons, brothers-inlaw of the informant have already been granted anticipatory bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No.39045 of 2017. Save and except suspicion, there is no other tangible material to show that the petitioners are involved in killing of the daughter of the informant.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Bibha Rani, Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Jehanabad in connection with Pali P.S. Case No.14 of 2017, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
