The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Mejorgunj P.S. Case No. 458 of 2018 registered under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. On the basis of the confessional statement of one Raju Singh, the names of the petitioners have been transpired in the present case. Further submission is that it is evident from the F.I.R. itself, nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.D.J.-II-cumSpecial Judge, Excise Act, Sitamarhi in connection with Mejorgunj P.S. Case No. 458 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) shailendra/- U T
