2. The petitioner in the present case is aggrieved by and dissatisfied with the slow pace of investigation of Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No. 19 of 2023 dated 12.01.2023 registered under Sections 307, 120B, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. In the given facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the Superintendent of Police, Sitamarhi (Respondent no. 4) to look into the grievance of the petitioner, supervise the case in question and issue appropriate instruction

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.832 of 2023(2) dt.13-10-2023 2/2 to the I.O. and other supervising authority. Respondent No. 4 shall ensure that proper and fair investigation of the case takes place within a reasonable period.

4. If Respondent No. 4 fails to act as directed above, it will be open to the petitioner to approach this Court.
