1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this is an application for issuance of a writ of Mandamus directing/commanding the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner sympathetically and direct them to consider the case of the petitioner who has by slip of pen wrongly darken the circle as his Roll No.2414120788 in place of Roll No.2414120787 though the petitioner has rightly written his Roll Number in digit as 2414120787 which is allotted to him.

2. At the outset, the petitioner, appearing in person, seeks liberty to approach the Secretary, Bihar Police Subordinate Services Commission, Patna, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. It is needless to state that in case appropriate representation is filed by the petitioner, before the Secretary, Bihar Police Subordinate Services Commission, Patna, within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be considered, in accordance with law and a reasoned and a speaking order shall be passed, thereon, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.

4. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
