1. The petitioner has filed the instant application for the following relief(s):

"a) For set aside the order dated 26.04.2000 issued by Secretary Madarsa Education Board, Patna illegally promotion of the respondent no.3 on the Post of Head Moulvi from the inter trained teachers on the basis of forge document of the Fazil degree which was hold by regular course during the service period.

b) For the respondent no.3 may be restrained from Head Moulvi post because it is illegally adopted.

c) For issuance of any other appropriate writ/writs order/orders direction/ directions for which the petitioner would be found entitle on the fact of the substance."
