2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Dhanaha P.S. Case No. 111 of 2023 instituted under Sections 302 and 120(b)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The involvement of the petitioner has come in a double murder.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

5. Since, it is a case of double murder, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
