The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Chhouradano P.S. Case No. 70/2005 registered under Sections 25(1-B) (a), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is involved in at least eight other cases and in the present case, the Magistrate concerned had issued summon against him in the year 2011 itself, I am not inclined to grant him anticipatory bail.
