The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Taraiya P.S. Case No. 328 of 2020, registered for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 307, 506/34 of the Indian Penal code and Section 3 & 4 Prevention of witch (Daeen) Practice Act.

Considering the nature of dispute as also the injury sustained by the injured, this bail application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
