Learned counsel for the petitioners undertakes to remove the defects within four weeks of resumption of normal court proceeding. In the eventuality of non-removal of defects within undertaken period, the office will place the matter before the Bench.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that due to typographical mistake in paragraph-1 of this application order dated 02.03.2022 has wrongly been typed in place of 02.03.2020.

Let it be so corrected and read accordingly.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24351 of 2022(2) dt.18-05-2022 2/2 The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 02.03.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 9437 of 2020 to the extent of extending the period of surrender in respect of above-named petitioners.

On the grounds mentioned in the modification application, the period of surrender is extended by six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in connection with Budha Colony P.S. Case No. 436 of 2018, pending in the Court learned A.C.J.M., Patna subject to deposit of sum of Rs.2000/- (Rupees Two Thousand) each in the Victim Compensation Fund.

The order dated 02.03.2020 is modified to the extent as indicated above.

Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
