2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case No. 92 of 2024 registered under Sections 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is alleged that this petitioner kidnapped the minor daughter of informant.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case merely on suspicion. Further submission is that the victim girl, in her statement recorded under Sections 161 and 164 Cr.P.C. has not supported the prosecution case and clearly stated that no one has kidnapped her, and she herself went to Bengal with this petitioner.

5. Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the statement of victim recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case No. 92 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
