Mr.Satyendra Prasad, APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-05-2025 Heard Mr. Mukesh Kumar Rana, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners and Mr. Satyendra Prasad, learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 1106 of 2021 registered for the offence(s) punishable under Sections 323, 342, 472, 379, 380, 384, 420, 120B, 354, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the allegation made in the complaint petition, the accused persons named therein including the petitioners have taken Rs.25,000/- from the complainant and told her that they will return the same within one or two months

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23031 of 2025(2) dt.01-05-2025 2/2 and if the aforesaid amount is not returned to her, then 2 decimals of homestead land will be registered in her name. After one month, when the complainant went to the house of the accused persons and demanded the money then they denied to return the money and when complainant asked for registering 2 decimals of land, then they abused and assaulted her. They also tried to outrage the modesty of the complainant.

4. Considering the nature of allegation, learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioners submitted that the petitioners will appear before the learned District Court along with the application for grant of bail on 12.05.2025.

5. In view of the submissions made on behalf of the petitioners and also considering the nature of allegation, the learned District Court may consider the case of the petitioners and try to resolve the dispute by way of mediation.

6. Till then, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioners in the aforesaid case.

7. The bail application stands disposed of.
