From the record it appears that admittedly father of the petitioner was working in the work charge establishment. He was never regularised. Ward of work charge establishment is not entitled to compassionate appointment. Only ward of regular employee is entitled to compassionate appointment. In such circumstances, there is no merit in this writ petition. It is accordingly dismissed.
