The petitioner filed this petition for modification of the order dated 20.05.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No.43235 of 2014. It is submitted that the sister of the petitioner fell ill and he went to Raipur for treatment of nephew, therefore, he could not surrender in the court below. It appears that the petitioner was granted bail on 20.05.2015, but the petitioner did not surrender for many months.

The petitioner filed the modification petition after five months of the order dated 20.05.2015, therefore, I find no reason

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3838 of 2016 (2) dt.18-05-2016 2/2 to extend the period of surrender in the court below, the same is dismissed.
