JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 12-07-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case instituted under Section 306 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation is that as per suicide note of the deceased, petitioner is accountable for his death.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that she has got no criminal antecedent. She has falsely been implicated in the present case. Petitioner happens to be the mother-in-law of the deceased. The deceased is said to have committed suicide in the house of her father. From perusal of the suicide note it appears that no reason for committing suicide has been mentioned. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his/her arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl.
