JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 21-09-2017 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Hajipur town P.S. Case No. 821 of 2015 registered for the offence punishable under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that parties are cousin and there is dispute between the parties with regard to partition since long. Injuries sustained have been found to be simple in nature. Moreover, the matter has been compromised between the parties. Learned counsel has produced certified copy of the petition filed before the Court below. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
