2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Cyber P.S. Purnia Case No. 45 of 2025 in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 303(2), 316(5), 318(4), 319(2), 335, 337, 338, 342 of the BNS and Sections 65, 66, 66(c), 66(d) of I.T. Act.
3. As per the prosecution story, co-accused Keshav Kumar used to withdraw money illegally from customers' account. The allegation against the petitioner is that he used to

4. Earlier, an application bearing Cr. Misc. No. 63673 of 2025, was filed for prayer of bail of the petitioner which was dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 12.12.2025 with a liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charges.

Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner that he was involved in cyber offence by way of withdrawing money illegally from the customers' account is not correct. It is further submitted that the petitioner is actually a B.Sc. (Agriculture) student from Nime, Rajasthan and no fraud occurred on account of his act and as a matter of fact, there has been no money transaction in the bank account of this petitioner. Even as per his confession, the other accused persons were the master mind. However, it has also been submitted that an amount of Rs. 15,000/- was given by the petitioner and co-accused Keshav online to on Ashok Kumar Yadav, whose wife had complained of fraud. The petitioner is in custody since 04.07.2025 with no criminal antecedent and now, the charges have been framed on 27.02.2026.
6. Learned APP for the State has opposed the application for bail.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances and also considering the fact that there is no money transaction in the bank account of this petitioner and he has remained in custody since 04.07.2025 with charges already having been framed and in view of the liberty earlier granted, let the above named petitioner, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Cyber P.S. Purnia Case No. 45 of 2025, subject to the condition that:
