09.01.2015 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

As per the stand of the State, certain accounts register still remain to be submitted by the petitioner upon his superannuation which is admitted by learned counsel for the petitioner. However, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that because the authorities were bent upon lodging an F.I.R. against the petitioner, he being an old and ill person was afraid to approach them otherwise he would have deposited the document(s)/record(s) much earlier. Learned counsel for the State, upon instructions, submits that the authorities have not lodged any F.I.R. and if the petitioner produces all the remaining records within two weeks from today, they shall not

Patna High Court CWJC No.8894 of 2011 (8) dt.09-01-2015 2/2 take any coercive action and further shall clear all admitted dues payable to him within four weeks thereafter. In view of the aforesaid, the application stands disposed off with a direction to the petitioner to submit all the remaining document(s)/record(s) available with him before the District Programme Officer (Establishment), East Champaran at Motihari within two weeks from today. Thereafter, the authorities shall work out the admissible dues of the petitioner and the amount found payable shall be paid to him within the next four weeks.
