2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Complaint Case No. C1/922/ 2017, Trial No. 3222/2018.

3. Learned counsel for the parties state that the dispute between the parties has since been settled outside the court and they have harmoniously resumed the matrimonial life together.

4. A certified copy of the compromise petition dated 21.06.2019 filed before the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sadar Sitamarhi in Complaint Case No. C1/922 of 2017 has been produced on behalf of the petitioner. Let it be kept on record.

Having regard to the stand of the parties, the provisional anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner by order dated 19.04.2019 by this Court in connection with Complaint Case No. C1/922/ 2017, Trial No. 3222/2018 pending in the Court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sadar Sitamarhi is hereby confirmed.
