2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Amnour P.S.Case No.91 of 2015 registered for an offence under Sections 302/34 of the IPC.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that actually the deceased died of electrocution, but for certain oblique reason, the petitioner has been made accused.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that out of three FIR named accused one Beyash Rai has been allowed anticipatory bail on 20.08.2016 in Cr.Misc.No.27579 of 2016.
5. Considering the fact that the doctor who conducted postmortem examination on the dead body of deceased opined that it was a case of electrocution and not otherwise, the prayer of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31262 of 2017 (2) dt.17-07-2017 2/2 anticipatory bail of this petitioner is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Amnour P.S.Case No.91 of 2015 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM, Saran at Chapra subject to the conditions as laid under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
