The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Ekangarsarai P.S. Case No.164 of 2017 registered under Section 302 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In view of the allegations made in the first information report that the petitioner and three others assaulted the wife of the informant with iron rod, Lathi, Khanti and brick bats as a result of which she died on the spot, I am not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail to the petitioner.

The application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected. In case the petitioner surrenders and seeks bail, the same
