BAJANTHRI) 25-04-2025 Registry has not taken note of Hon'ble Supreme Court decision dated 27.01.2014 passed in Special Leave to Appeal (C) No(s). 20746-20747/2011, arising out of orders dated 13.12.2010 and 15.04.2011 L.P.A. No. 761 of 2009 of the High Court of Patna (the present L.P.A). It is a short order, it reads as under:- "The learned counsel appearing for the parties submit that the parties have settled their dispute outside the Court by virtue of an "Agreement Settlement" executed on 18th October, 2013, before the Supreme Court Mediation Centre. The parties are directed to act as per the said Agreement arrived at among them.

The Special Leave Petitions stand disposed of accordingly.

The said Letters Patent Appeal shall also stand disposed of in terms of the aforestated Agreement Settlement."

2. Reading of the aforementioned Judgment, it is crystal clear that present L.P.A No. 761 of 2009 has been disposed of by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the aforementioned decision.
