Pursuant to order dated 28.01.2015, counter affidavits have been filed on behalf of respondents no. 3 and 4. Learned counsel for the State submits that as per

Patna High Court CWJC No.12062 of 2011 dt.27-08-2015 2/2 the statements made in the counter affidavits, the admissible dues of provident fund has been paid to the petitioner, though after filing of the writ petition.

No rejoinder has been filed to the said counter affidavits though copies of the same were served on learned counsel for the petitioner on 28.01.2015.

In view of the aforesaid, the Court can only presume that the grievances of the petitioner having been redressed, he does not wish to pursue the matter.
