The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Shahpur (Bahoranpur O.P.) P. S. Case No. 181 of 2015 under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 504, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the direct and specific allegation against the petitioners that they assaulted with iron rod and lathi upon the informant causing grievous injuries to him and the fact that the petitioners have got criminal antecedent, I am not inclined to grant them

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51761 of 2015 (2) dt.09-11-2015 2/2 anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
