1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.
2. Petitioner, who is in custody since 08.06.2021 seeks bail, in connection with Piprahi P.S. Case No.119/2021, dated 07.06.2021, for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the IPC.
3. According to prosecution case, the petitioner is alleged to have committed murder of the sister of the informant due to nonfulfillment of the demand of dowry.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has clean antecedent and he has falsely been implicated in the present case. He further submits that the allegation as alleged in the F.I.R. is false and fabricated and the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged in the F.I.R.

5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State on the other hand has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
6. Vide order dated 20.07.2023 a report was called for from the learned trial court with respect to the present stage of the trial. Report dated 31.07.2023 of the learned trial court reveals that charge has been framed against the petitioner on 22.02.2022 and all the charge sheeted witnesses including four non-official and two official witnesses have been examined, cross-examined and discharged and the case is pending for petition under Section 311 Cr.P.C. filed by the defence side for re-examination of informant.
7. In view of the report of the learned trial court, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail in connection with Piprahi P.S. Case No.119/2021 pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge, Sheohar.
8. Prayer is refused.
9. However, the learned Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same at the earliest. (Rajesh Kumar Verma, J) amit/- U T
