ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 03-08-2015 The Petitioner seeks revision of the order dated 29.11.2011 passed in Cr. Appeal No. 383 of 2007 by which the Additional District & Sessions Judge-XIV, Patna has allowed the appeal filed by the Opposite Party No. 2 and set aside the order dated 17.08.2007 in Complaint Case No. 3463 of 2006. Considering the nature of material appearing against the Opposite Party No. 2, I am of the view that the order in appeal was completely unjustified.

Hence, the order dated 29.11.2011 passed in Cr. Appeal No. 383 of 2007 by which the Additional District & Sessions Judge-XIV, Patna has allowed the appeal filed by the Opposite Party No. 2 and set aside the order dated 17.08.2007 in Complaint Case No. 3463 of 2006 is, hereby, set aside. The application stands allowed.
