In this case, the petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Simri P.S. Case No. 252 of 2017 registered for offences under sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per allegation, two motorcycles have been intercepted and one motorcycle, which was seized, has been shown in the First Information Report of which the present petitioner is the owner.
