Mr.Arvind Ujjwal ( Sc4 ) CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 08-01-2020 Both the writ petitions have been taken up together as in both of them, the facts are similar. In both the writ petitions, the petitioners have challenged the selection process of the licensees under the PDS system.
Similar such matter was brought to the notice of this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 7646 of 2019 in which a
4/4 Bench of this Court vide order dated 04.06.2019 directed the Commissioner, Magadh Divison, Gaya to complete the enquiry in that regard within two months from the date of passing of the order.
Pursuant to the aforesaid enquiry, the Commissioner, Magadh Division, Gaya has already set aside the entire selection process and new process has been set afoot.
In that view of the matter, these two writ petitions are not required to be adjudicated as the entire selection process has already been set aside. No order need be passed in the aforesaid two writ petitions.
They are disposed off accordingly.
