2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Karakat P.S. Case No. 476 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 103(1), 61(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. The petitioner is the husband of the deceased. He is said to have killed the deceased by strangulating her. He is in custody since 08.09.2024.

4. Considering the gravity of the offence, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, the application stands dismissed.
