ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 16-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks revision of the order dated 28.5.2014 by which the Principal Judge, Family Court, Nawada, in Matrimonial Case No. 43 of 2003, 123 of 2006. On the last occasion, the Petitioner was directed to file his salary slip which he has done by way of supplementary affidavit and it shows that the Petitioner earns Rs.15,000/- per month. In view of such, the Petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.3,000/- per month in favour of the Opposite Party No. 2 in the Court below.

Patna High Court CR. REV. No.537 of 2014 dt.16-02-2016 2/2 Judge, Family Court Nawada, in Matrimonial Case No. 43 of 2003, 123 of 2006 is revised to the aforesaid extent. The application stands disposed off.
