Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned APP for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No. 137 of 2012, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 333, 337, 338, 353, 307, 452, 427, 435, 436, 511, 380 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that two persons died in an accident and the persons assembled there demanding compensation but they have been made accused. The

No.24949 of 2022(2) dt.13-10-2022 2/2 FIR has been lodged against the 60 named accused persons and 400-500 unknown persons with allegation that they started pelting stones on police party and also committed arson in their vehicle. The petitioner is a person of clean antecedent. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No. 137 of 2012 (G.R. No. 1210/12) subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time provided hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
