The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 420, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 4, 5, 6 of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act.

As per allegation in the FIR, it is alleged that the accused persons including the petitioner used to cheat people on assurance of providing them unmarried girls for solemnization of marriage.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. She has falsely been implicated in this case due to dirty village politics. From perusal of FIR, the informant had not paid any amount to

It is further submitted vide para 7, 8 & 10 of the petition that the petitioner is a married lady and one 20.1.2023, while she was returning from her matrimonial house from Sabour to her maternal house but she was apprehended on the basis of suspicion. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and languishing in judicial custody since 22.1.2023.

Learned APP appearing for the state has opposed the prayer of regular bail.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Parbatta P.S. Case No. 14 of 2023 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M-III, Naugachia.
