2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to inadvertence requisites could not be filed within the stipulated timer.

3. In the light of the averments made in the petition, Civil Miscellaneous Case No. 1157 of 2023 is restored to its original file and number subject to payment of cost of Rs.1,000/- in the coffers of Patna High Court Legal Services
