JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 03-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner's application for grant of arms licence has been rejected by the District Magistrate, Patna vide Annexure2 dated 5.12.2013, thereafter, he preferred Arms Appeal No.190/2014 before the Divisional Commissioner, Patna. The grievance of the petitioner is that though the matter was heard on 11.09.2014 and the order was reserved but the same has yet to be delivered.

Accordingly, I dispose of the writ application directing the Divisional Commissioner, Patna to take a final decision in the matter in accordance with law within a period of one month from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, if the same has already not been done.
