2. The present application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for modification of order dated 07.11.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 69713 of 2023.
3. It is submitted that on account inadvertence in the bail petition, it has been wrongly mentioned that the petitioner no.3 (Minnat), aged about 22 years (Male) son of Kachalu, instead of Minnat (Female) daughter of Kachalu. Similar mistake has also been occurred in para. 7 of the bail petition, wherein it has been mentioned that petitioner no.3 is Dewar of the deceased whereas the petitioner no.3 is the sister-in-law of the deceased.
4. In view of the submissions made at the bar, let the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29511 of 2024(2) dt.26-04-2024 2/2 order dated 07.11.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 69713 of 2023 is modified to the extent that the name of petitioner no.3 be read as Minnat (Female), aged about 22 years, daughter of Kachalu and in para.7 of the bail petition, the petitioner no.3 be read as sisterin-law of the deceased.
5. Accordingly, the modification application stands allowed with the aforesaid modification as indicated above.
6. The period of surrender and to furnish bail bond is extended for a further period of two weeks from today. (Harish Kumar, J) uday/- U T
