Petitioners were granted pre-arrest bail vide order dated 16.02.2016 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 51552 of 2015 and its analogous case(Criminal Miscellaneous No. 56960 of 2015) in connection with Buxar Harijan P.S. Case No. 27 of 2014 on amongst other conditions that the amount would be calculated in view of the averment made in the complaint petition along with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26801 of 2016 (2) dt.14-07-2016 interest @ 2.5 % and should be deposited at the time of furnishing bail bonds separately in the names of the aforesaid persons as mentioned in the aforesaid order who would be at liberty to withdraw the same. The period of surrender of the petitioners was extended further vide order dated 27.04.2016 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 17629 of 2016 and its analogous case(Criminal Miscellaneous No. 17628 of 2016).

Again a petition has been filed for extension of time for surrender of the petitioners.

It is contended that now the amount has been deposited in the court below but that has been deposited after expiry of the period, therefore, the petitioners could not furnish their bail bonds. By way of last indulgence, the period for surrender of the petitioners is extended by further four weeks from today. Accordingly, these applications stand disposed of with the modification of the order dated 27.04.2016 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 17629 of 2016 and its analogous case(Criminal Miscellaneous No. 17628 of 2016) as indicated above.
