2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Warisaliganj P.S. Case No. 519 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 376 & 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. From the reading of the FIR it appears that the alleged victim was in a relationship with the petitioner and it is a case of relationship between two consenting adults.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 12.12.2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Nawada/concerned Court below in connection with Warisaliganj P.S. Case No. 519 of 2024.
