The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Complaint Case No. 1336C of 2013, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
The complainant alleged that he purchased a land from the petitioner in the year 1985 but later on came to know that the petitioner made wrong entry about khata, plot and boundary in the sale-deed and thereby cheated the complainant. It is submitted that the petitioner is ready to accept the correction, if any filed by the complainant. The petitioner did not cheat the complainant. The dispute is of civil nature and requires correction in the sale deed.
