Learned counsel for the petitioner has prayed for extension of time whereunder petitioner was directed to surrender and avail usufruct of anticipatory bail vide order dated 20.04.2015 under Cr.Misc.Nos.48419 & 48863 of 2014 (conjointly). It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that on account of illness, he could not avail the same. The aforesaid time is extended for further four weeks with a direction that no further extension of time will be allowed.

The prayer for extension has been sought for at the end of petitioner on account of his mental sickness as has been incorporated under para-6 of the instant petition and that being so, the learned lower court will inquire into the matter that whether the petitioner happens to be an insane or otherwise and further capable to be prosecuted with.
